Let’s Talk About the Importance of Selecting the Right Partners and Influencers for Your Business
How are you navigating all the information and opinions that come at you every day? Do you ever feel overwhelmed by the sheer volume of emails and social media posts vying for your attention, especially right now during the height of the 2023 Q4 selling season?
In today’s episode, we are taking a look at the different partners and influences we allow into our business, and how important it is to choose the right ones.
Coaches, teachers, mentors, and influencers can all have an impact on your business and personal life. In fact, in a very real sense, they become partners in your business. So it is essential that you be intentional about who you allow into your business world.
Today, I’m sharing some of my own experiences and the struggles that I’ve faced in allowing too many voices to partner with me in my business and the loss of confidence and identity that came as a result.
What are 3 criteria you need consider as you evaluate potential partners in your business?
Here are 3 to keep in mind:
- Do they have a business you even like?
- What about their core values and belief systems?
- Do they have a business style that grabs your attention or does it stress you out?
